Technical SEO.
Clear priorities.
Work that ships.
I connect technical SEO, content and commercial intent to help teams attract potential customers. I turn analysis into priorities, work with developers and writers to implement them, and build AI workflows that make delivery faster.

About
I work across the path from search to customer. Agency experience has taught me to coordinate people and priorities. Building my own projects has taught me to evaluate demand, acquisition costs and monetization together.

Stopping an indexation collapse in a catalogue of 50 offers a day
Indexed pages fell from around 50,000 to around 32,000. New offers and long-standing evergreen content alike were ending up crawled and not indexed. The catalogue published more than 50 offers a day, each one a specific financeable car that disappeared within 24 hours once somebody signed it, because no second car shared its engine, trim and mileage. Two main websites and more than six niche sites, in an ecosystem with EUR 120M in vehicles commercialized in 2025.
The decision the SEO team made
We analysed the whole domain and found the cause was the catalogue itself: tens of thousands of URLs being born and dying daily, spending crawl budget on pages Google was never going to keep. We decided to hold only /brand/ and /brand/model/ pages in the index and send individual offers straight to noindex, surfaced from the model page instead of competing with it. That ended the daily churn against the index and freed crawl budget for the pages that were meant to rank.
More time for strategy, faster SEO delivery
Built and use a client-specific AI workflow that brings technical reviews, keyword research, content and routine campaign checks into one working process. It helps me move from diagnosis to a client report and implementation tasks faster.
The before and after
A basic technical review, client report and task preparation used to take around 4–10 hours. With the workflow I built, I estimate 30–60 minutes for that same stage, depending on scope. I define client context and working instructions and review proposed changes. Planning and applying fixes follows as a separate stage. The practical benefit is more capacity for prioritization and implementation.
Use it, rebuild it, then find out whether it holds
I subscribed to a link prospecting tool and it did the job, one site at a time. I rebuilt it for my own projects instead, multi-project from the start, and I run it on live campaigns before deciding whether it is worth showing anyone else. A second tool needed local business data, so I tested three sources against one market. OpenStreetMap returned 16 businesses for the whole of Tampa Bay. A paid Google Maps API returned the most listings but no contact details. Overture Maps returned 470 listings with an email address inside 45% of them, at no query cost.
What came out of it
I built on Overture and the run qualified 470 listings down to 119 real prospects, with an email found for 28% of them. The classification and drafting are automated; approving a message is not, because the three mistakes that ruin a cold campaign are all visible by reading one email end to end. I define what the workflow has to do, review what it produces and keep compliance checks in the code rather than in a footnote. The order matters to me: use something, understand why it works, rebuild it for the case I actually have, and only then ask whether anyone else would want it.
